COMET sistēmā klubiem ir iespēja reģistrēt dažādas oficiālās personas, kuras darbojas kluba struktūrā vai tiek pieteiktas sacensībām atbilstoši reglamentiem, piemēram: ārstniecības persona, kluba prezidents, direktors, preses sekretārs, menedžeris, kā arī citas oficiālās personas atbilstoši sacensību reglamentam.

Pirms reģistrācijas sistēmā jābūt pieejamiem šādiem materiāliem:

• Personas apliecinošs dokuments – Pase vai ID karte (derīga);
• Profila fotogrāfija – skaidra, krāsaina seja tuvplānā (pasei līdzīgā stilā).

Īpaša uzmanība – Medicīnas personāls

Lūdzam ņemt vērā, ka COMET sistēmā tiek izšķirti divi atšķirīgi medicīnas personāla reģistrācijas veidi:

• Ārstniecības persona (Doctor)

Registering an Official Person

In the COMET system, clubs can register various official persons involved in the club’s structure or appointed for competitions according to the relevant regulations, such as: doctor, club president, director, press officer, team manager, as well as other officials as defined by the competition regulations.

Before registering in the system, the following materials must be prepared:

• Personal identification document – Valid passport or ID card;
• Profile photo – Clear, color photo showing the face in close-up (passport-style).

Please note that the COMET system distinguishes between two types of medical personnel:

• Ārstniecības persona (Doctor)
• Medicīnas darbinieks (Medical Staff)
